1. Reporting Issues & Contact Requirements
If you experience any defect, damage, mistake, or shipment concern, please notify us as soon as possible.
Photos of any defect or damage are required so our team can review the issue and provide next steps.
2. Transit Damage Policy
If your Bible arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Photos of both the damaged Bible and the packaging are required so we can file a claim with UPS.
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Replacements are issued only after the damaged Bible has been returned and inspected.
Refunds for damaged items are only provided if replacement stock is unavailable.
Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved, as UPS may require inspection.
3. Defective Merchandise
If a manufacturing defect is discovered, email us with photos.
Once verified, we will issue a prepaid return label and will send a replacement Bible once the defective item has been returned.
If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.
4. Standard Returns for Non-Defective Items
If you are not fully satisfied with a non-imprinted, non-defective, non-damaged Bible, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Requirements:
Item must be in new, unused, resaleable condition
Customer pays return shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Returns must have authorization before being sent
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item
5. Personalized / Imprinted Bibles
Imprinted or personalized Bibles are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing error.
6. Seconds, Auction, and As-Is Bibles
All Bibles sold as “seconds,” “blemished,” “auction,” or “as-is” items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or replacement for any reason whatsoever, including transit damage.
These items contain known cosmetic imperfections, may show variations in condition, and may not match sample photos.
7. Unauthorized Returns
Items returned:
without prior notification,
without a return authorization code,
to the wrong address, or
in violation of this policy
are not eligible for refund or exchange.
8. Agreement to Policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by this Return Policy.
All purchases are also governed by our Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated into the checkout agreement.
